Common questions

How do I log in?

Your community admin provides your login credentials. Tap "Log In" on the welcome screen of the MemberDex iOS app and enter the email and password they gave you. Admins can sign in to the dashboard at app.memberdex.tatzel.io.

How do I try the app without an account?

Tap "Try a Demo" on the iPhone login screen to explore MemberDex with sample data. Demo mode never touches your community.

How do I update my profile?

Tap "My Profile" in the tab bar, then tap "Edit" to update your name, photo, phone, email, website, and any custom fields your community uses.

How do I contact a member?

Open any member's profile and tap the phone, message, email, website, or directions buttons. Each button hands off to the right native app.

My directory isn't loading.

Check your internet connection and pull down to refresh. MemberDex also works offline with cached data from your last sign-in.

How do I delete my account?

Contact your community admin to request account deletion. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device, but your profile remains in the directory until your admin removes it.
