Create your community
Tell us your community name, upload your logo, and pick the plan that fits. We provision a private workspace and bill the one-time setup fee.

Upload a CSV or add members one by one. Customize the fields you care about. Send invites in bulk or roll them out by group.

Members install & sign in
Each member gets a tap-to-install link. They open MemberDex, accept the invite, and your branded directory is live in their pocket.

Common questions before you start.
Does MemberDex add community contacts to my iPhone's address book?
No. MemberDex is a fully self-contained rolodex — community members live inside the app, separate from your iPhone Contacts. We never request address-book access and never write to it. If you leave the community or uninstall the app, your personal contacts are untouched.
Is the iOS app actually branded for my community?
Yes. Your logo, your colors, your community page links. Members see your group's identity, not a vendor's. The app is published once on the App Store as MemberDex; each community appears branded inside it after sign-in.
Who owns the data?
You do. Members are yours. Profiles are yours. You can export every member to CSV and download a full community backup at any time. If you cancel, you keep what you took with you.
Can members hide or delete their profile?
Members edit their own profile fields. Admins can soft-deactivate or remove a member. Deactivated members disappear from the directory but their history is preserved for the audit log.
How do members install the app?
They download MemberDex from the App Store, then tap the personalized invite link in your email. Their device is paired to your community in seconds. No App Store approvals or developer accounts on your side.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Manage your subscription from the customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals; your data remains exportable until the end of the current billing period.
